Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due before the start of your tour. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any booking in accordance with our policies.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies vary based on the timing of cancellation and the type of service booked. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date may receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour date may be subject to partial or no refund.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Morocco Marvels is not responsible for any costs incurred due to uninsured events.

4. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary vaccinations and health precautions for travel to Morocco. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before your trip. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee complete safety from illness or injury during your tour.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, political unrest, or other unforeseen events. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives and will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

6. Liability

Morocco Marvels acts as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the actions or omissions of third-party service providers, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Complaints

If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your guide or our office immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Complaints received after the tour must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour completion.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
