Terms & Conditions
1. Prices
All prices displayed on this website are indicative estimates in Euros and are provided for guidance only. Final pricing depends on factors including travel dates, group size, accommodation category, requested services, availability, and seasonal demand. A personalized quotation will be issued for every booking and will supersede any prices displayed on this website. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted per person based on the specified group size. Children's reductions are available on most tours: children under 5 travel free, children under 12 sharing a room with two adults receive a 50% reduction, and other children under 12 receive a 25% reduction (maximum one discounted child per family unless otherwise agreed in your quotation).
2. Reservations
Tour inquiries may be submitted via our contact forms, email, or telephone. Reservations become confirmed only after written confirmation from our team and receipt of the required deposit, subject to availability.
3. Licensed Operator
Morocco Marvels is a licensed Moroccan tour operator (License No. ODV-25416). All tours, tailor-made itineraries, and group bookings are quoted, contracted, and operated by Morocco Marvels. Individual quotations form part of the booking agreement and take precedence over general information published on this website where applicable.
4. Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is generally required to secure your reservation. Deposit payments can be made by bank transfer or secure online card payment; full instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation. Bookings are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received. Deposits are handled in accordance with the cancellation policy set out below. Short-notice bookings, peak-season departures, custom itineraries, or large group bookings may require different deposit amounts or payment schedules, which will be clearly stated in your quotation.
5. Final Payment
The remaining balance may either be paid before your arrival or, where agreed, directly to your driver or guide at the beginning of your tour. Accepted payment methods and deadlines will be specified in your quotation. Local payments are generally accepted in cash in Moroccan Dirhams, Euros, US Dollars, or Pounds Sterling, as card payments may not be available locally during the tour. Where applicable, electronic payment options will also be offered.
6. Cancellation by the Client
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written notification. Unless otherwise stated in your quotation, the following cancellation charges apply: more than 6 weeks before departure: deposit retained (30%); less than 6 weeks: 30% of the total booking value; less than 2 weeks: 50%; less than 1 week: 80%; less than 4 days or no-show: 100%. We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes trip-cancellation cover.
7. Cancellation or Changes by Us
Occasionally, weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require changes to your itinerary. Whenever possible, we will provide suitable alternatives while maintaining the overall quality of your experience. If we are forced to cancel a tour due to force majeure, refunds will be limited to amounts recoverable after unavoidable costs already incurred. If we cancel your booking for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. No additional compensation shall be payable.
8. Accommodation
Accommodation standards in Morocco may differ from those in your home country. Hotels, riads, guesthouses, and desert camps are selected according to availability and the category booked. We reserve the right to substitute accommodation of an equivalent or higher standard where necessary. Where possible, we will offer a choice of options, including upgrades for an additional fee.
9. Special Requests
Please inform us of any dietary requirements, mobility concerns, room preferences, allergies, or other special requests when making your reservation. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.
10. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and any adventure activities you intend to undertake during your stay (including but not limited to camel trekking, horse riding, quad biking, and watersports). Travelers are responsible for ensuring their policy provides adequate coverage.
11. Flights
International and domestic flights are booked independently unless expressly included in your quotation. We accept no responsibility for airline schedules, delays, cancellations, baggage, or any services provided by air carriers.
12. Health & Accessibility
Please notify us before booking of any medical condition, disability, reduced mobility, or other circumstance that could affect your participation. This enables us to advise you appropriately and, where possible, make suitable arrangements.
13. Personal Property
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings, passports, visas, travel documents, cash, and valuables throughout the tour. Morocco Marvels accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where required by applicable law.
14. Website Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, itineraries, accommodation, activities, availability, and prices may change without prior notice. Individual quotations and written booking confirmations shall prevail over any information displayed on this website.
